We follow a holistic approach by creating awareness of the interrelatedness of all our actions with the rest of the world.  We endeavour to create this awareness with every person we interact with during a learning journey.  People are challenged to change their behaviours after a learning intervention, to influence their environment and people around them in a positive way.

This can only be achieved if there is a clear shared vision of what we want to achieve.  Each partner in this learning process has a very specific role to play which we agree at the start.
